As a Senior Python Developer you’ll design and build GenAI solutions and backend components in Python, collaborate with data and ML teams, and integrate AI models into scalable applications. The role requires strong Python expertise, experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and knowledge of modern backend frameworks and best coding practices. 

What you will need:

• At least 6 years of experience independently running end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles — full ownership from sourcing to offer. We’re looking for someone with proven headhunting capability, especially within Data roles. Experience with Azure-related positions is a strong plus.
• Highly developed sourcing and headhunting skills — including reaching passive candidates, activating your own professional network, and creatively navigating different channels to find the right people.
• Ability to act as a true partner for business leaders by sharing market insights, advising on role profiles, and shaping hiring plans together.
• A solid track record of delivering excellent Candidate Experience and maintaining consistently high standards throughout the recruitment journey.
• Very good command of English (C1) — non-negotiable. We work with global clients and always verify language skills during the recruitment process.
• Fluency in Polish.
• High interpersonal awareness, proactiveness, and readiness to suggest improvements or new approaches when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while staying organised, professional, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
