To strengthen our global recruitment capabilities, we are seeking a talented and proactive Senior IT Recruiter with hands‑on experience in international and complex hiring projects.
In this key role, you will be responsible for driving our cross‑border recruitment strategies and attracting top IT talent globally!
Your main responsibilities
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for IT specialists across multiple markets (mainly Europe, Nordics, US).
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of top‑tier candidates in both technical and business domains.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored for international and nearshore projects.
- Act as a trusted partner for hiring managers and clients, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain and expand our internal talent network to meet ongoing international hiring needs.
You’re ideal for this role if you have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in‑house).
- Proven track record in international hiring, ideally in a nearshore/offshore environment.
- Ability to manage complex or niche technical roles across different markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+); other European languages will be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach with clients and candidates.
- Experience working effectively under time pressure in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
- A proactive, flexible, and goal‑oriented mindset.
