Your daily responsibilities
- Identify and engage top IT talent through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with recruiting managers, both locally and internationally, to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Traffit) to track candidate progress, ensuring accurate reporting and regular updates on recruitment activities.
- Experience in handling employee documentation, including contracts and related paperwork,
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Actively participate in Employer Branding activities, contributing to the promotion of Incubly as an employer of choice.
We need you to have
- 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience, with a proven track record in the IT field
- Fluent English
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, with expert knowledge of digital and social media recruitment, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Team- player with a strong ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven with exceptional motivation to achieve hiring goals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Would be great if you have
- Interest in IT/software solutions and experience working in an IT company.
- Experience or interest in Employer Branding and professional Social Media presence - to make our brand known among our potential employees.
- Confidence as a communicator and influencer, both verbally and in writing.

- Remuneration: 8.000 – 13.000 PLN gross/month on employment agreement (UoP) - depending on seniority and experience.
