As a Senior IT Recruiter you will be responsible for searching and attracting IT specialists, assessing candidates, and matching their skills with client needs.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of the recruitment process from identification of resources from the market to onboarding of candidates.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including client managers, hiring managers, onsite teams, vendors, and partners to fulfil resource requirements.
• Cooperate closely with Recruitment Manager and Sales department.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and candidates.
• Handle multiple projects for several clients simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in an IT recruitment role (preferably in consulting/outsourcing).
• Proficiency in Polish and English at the business communication level.
• Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
• Ability to conduct interviews to assess a candidate’s role fit and communication skills.
• Knowledge of trends in the IT market.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly get along with others.
