Now, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter who can make a difference in the world of tech hiring!
Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for engineering, and R&D outsourcing
- Sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ technical and soft skills
- Matching candidates with client requirements and budget expectations
- Negotiating terms and managing offer processes
Apply, if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a track record of successful placements
- Deep understanding of IT & engineering job market
- Experience in sourcing, headhunting, conducting interviews
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing offer processes
- Proficiency in ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred) & recruitment tools
- Fluent in Polish & English
- Proactive, result-driven approach with a focus on closing roles efficiently
