Now, we are looking for an experienced  Senior   IT Recruiter who can make a difference in the world of tech hiring!

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment  for engineering, and R&D outsourcing
• Sourcing  top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search 
• Conducting interviews  and assessing candidates’ technical and soft skills
• Matching candidates with client requirements and budget expectations
• Negotiating terms  and  managing offer processes

Apply, if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a track record of successful placements
• Deep  understanding of IT & engineering job market
• Experience in  sourcing, headhunting, conducting interviews
• Strong  negotiation skills and experience in managing offer processes
• Proficiency in  ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred) & recruitment tools
• Fluent in  Polish & English
• Proactive,  result-driven approach with a focus on closing roles efficiently
