Who is a Project Manager in our company?
It’s a unique mix of three roles: Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Product Owner. You’ll drive Agile processes, facilitate scrum events, and remove obstacles like a Scrum Master, while ensuring project delivery, managing budget and timelines, and coordinating projects as a Project Manager. Additionally, as the Product Owner proxy, you will need to understand in depth the requirements and customer needs to help during the refinements if needed or align the team with the project or product vision.

responsibilities :

Managing small/ mid software development projects from the start (scoping, planning) to the end (handover to Operations) in an agile way
Being support/ backup for the Product Owner in the project (which requires an overall understanding of the customers problem and his expectations, searching for the best solution)
Documenting and clarifying customers’ requirements
Communicating clear expectations to the project team members (regarding priorities, explaining the context)
Organizing and leading meetings with the customer to present project progress, clarify open points, and plan the next tasks
Managing the interface with our business clients and their stakeholders to build good relationships
Continuous improvements in understanding the network business and in understanding the used technical solutions
Identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies and issues
Supporting cross-team and cross-project improvement initiatives
Proactively raising issues when obstacles arise in achieving goals (individual, team, or cross-team) and collaborating to find solutions
Mentoring team members, as well as supporting other teams or projects
Actively contributing to cross-team and cross-project improvements
Investigating new technologies or ways of working and sharing insights with the team, project, or organization
Demonstrating a broad understanding of the business context of work performed across the technology organization

requirements-expected :

At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master for software development projects delivered using an Agile framework
Strong analytical skills (essential for managing IT projects)
Excellent knowledge of ticketing systems, e.g., Jira
Proficiency in SharePoint and Excel
Basic knowledge of GitLab
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proven experience in effective team management and delivering constructive feedback
Professional and proactive approach to work
Confidence in moderating events and workshops
Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, demonstrated by certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or equivalent
Ability to gather requirements using Agile methods and techniques, e.g., User Story Mapping and Event Storming
Basic programming knowledge
