Salary: 1000-1450 PLN net+vat / per day
responsibilities :
Leading the Scrum of Scrums process to ensure alignment across multiple Agile teams
Managing project plans, backlogs, release schedules, and delivery roadmaps
Overseeing progress against milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Ensuring program objectives are being delivered on time while managing scope, risks, and budget
Identifying and managing cross-team and cross-system dependencies
Driving the resolution of impediments by coordinating with technical and business stakeholders
Maintaining risk and issue logs and implementing mitigation strategies
Communicating updates to executive stakeholders and distributed delivery teams
Facilitating scaled Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and cross-team retrospectives
Ensuring compliance with SDLC, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
requirements-expected :
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field
5+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments
3+ years managing Agile or Scrum teams in scaled frameworks
Strong command of Agile methodologies and scaled Agile practices
Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
Experience working with distributed, nearshore, or offshore teams
Ability to translate complex technical topics into business language
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Fluent Spanish and English
