Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of complex initiatives focused on improving and modernizing production infrastructure. Your work will drive operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value across our plants.
You’ll manage projects such as upgrades of production systems, implementation of performance monitoring tools (OEE, machine efficiency), and deployment of advanced analytics solutions. Additionally, you’ll support initiatives related to product quality, data visualization, and reporting through platforms like Power BI—helping us make smarter, data-driven decisions.
responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring success from planning to execution.
Define clear project goals and success criteria aligned with business strategy.
Apply structured frameworks for scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Drive initiatives in manufacturing performance reporting and quality analytics, integrating with business systems and visualization tools (Power BI).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, and Quality.
Mentor junior project managers and share your expertise.
Present updates and insights to senior stakeholders at an executive level.
requirements-expected :
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects across multiple domains.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven success in SAP implementation, infrastructure projects, and server/application migration.
Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining top quality.
Strong analytical mindset focused on delivering business value.
