We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior IT Project Manager (Public Sector)
responsibilities :
Lead IT projects with a complexity level that includes multiple teams, distributed structures, and critical dependencies.
Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring effective control over scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of working with Polish public sector clients, including understanding of administrative structures, procurement regulations, compliance requirements, and formal communication standards.
Apply structured project management methodologies in practice (PRINCE2 or equivalent), driving disciplined and predictable delivery.
Use ITIL and ITSM principles (Change, Incident, Problem, Request Fulfilment) in day-to-day project work.
Run transformation, implementation, and infrastructure projects, including those delivered for public sector clients.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels—executive teams, IT, business units, and external clients—and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
Operate effectively in hybrid environments combining agile and waterfall approaches.
Prepare and deliver clear presentations, analyses, and project updates to various audiences.
Make informed decisions independently and lead projects from initiation to closure.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
Current PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent methodology experience supported by practice.
Strong knowledge of ITIL with an accompanying certificate and hands-on ITSM application.
Solid background in transformational, implementation, or infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to navigate hybrid project environments (agile + waterfall).
Fluent English (spoken and written).
