Gathering business requirements
Preparing business analysis when they are needed
Managing the project team, project process, budgets and risks
Very close, daily cooperation with clients
IT Project Management

5+ years of experience in project management
Proven expertise with the ServiceNow platform
Strong communication skills
Proactive mindset
Ability to work occasionally across different time zones
Delivery-focused approach
Excellent self-organization and time management skills
Experience collaborating with international clients
Proven experience working with remote teams
