As a Senior Project Manager, you will work as an integral part of our team for big foreign clients.
You will be responsible for successful delivery of projects, programs, or portfolios of projects, to meet or exceed customer expectations at the same time as delivering agreed contractual agreements including time, budget, and quality expectations.
In addition to solid project management skills and experience, this person must be a skilled communicator and leader to ensure they can both identify risks and sensitively address and manage risk resolution both internally and with very senior stakeholders within large customers.
responsibilities :
Be a primary point of contact for the customer’s lead contact
Professionally manage projects, or programs directly, or supervise your project managers to meet or exceed external and internal customer expectations.
Project or program execution: coordinate project plan, project activities, regular project meetings, and fortnightly steering committee meetings with senior management to report status
Ensures that comprehensive program or project, quality, and risk plans are prepared, maintained, and actively managed.
Establish project delivery teams and ensure the team follows best practices and procedures
Motivate and mentor the team, including helping them to apply project management techniques effectively
Developing long-term client relationships and managing stakeholder communication
Ensure that effective management and communication related to risks, roadblocks, opportunities are maintained with the key client stakeholders.
Resource management, including ensuring the right tasks are allocated to the right people, and teams are staffed according to the objective.
Managing budgets, tracking spending, verifying project financial data with internal and client PMO teams
Provide guidance and assistance in establishing a governance framework built around milestones, monitoring adherence to programs of work
Contracts development, including identification of the objectives, scope, deliverables, project teams design and resources alignment.
Create a positive work environment that allows the team to do their best work
requirements-expected :
Minimum 8 years of practical knowledge in the area of project management
Experience with end to end program and project delivery, including contracting, execution, finance management
Nice to have: experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes and IT projects and solutions
Ability to manage and/or supervise multiple projects at a time
Experience in managing customer senior stakeholders
Excellent command of English (min.C1) and Polish
Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall methodologies. We mostly work on T&M projects where results matter
Proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset, research, problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in working with data, data visualization
Ability to work independently and take the lead
Proven knowledge or certification of a formal project management methodology (e.g., PMP)
Strong communication ability (verbal & written)
Able to multitask and work managing multiple projects at the same time
Initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment
High ethical standards, integrity
