Driving complex IT projects in distributed environments, covering diverse system architectures and cloud-based solutions (with focus on AWS).
Developing project roadmaps and ensuring execution in line with defined timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
Leading project teams in international settings and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across countries and time zones.
Monitoring potential project risks, implementing preventive measures, and mitigating issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Enhancing project management processes by introducing industry standards and best practices.
Preparing progress reports and recommending corrective actions in case of challenges or deviations from the plan.

requirements-expected :

At least 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, delivering large-scale and distributed IT projects.
Hands-on experience with diverse system architectures and cloud-based solutions (AWS experience considered an advantage)
Strong ability to define, implement, and continuously improve project management processes
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent)
Well-developed communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to perform effectively under pressure
Openness to international business travel (once every three months for 2-3days)
Proven track record of working in international environments combined with excellent command of English (C1 level)
