Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proven expertise with the ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with Amazon Connect is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive mindset
• Ability to work occasionally across different time zones
• Delivery-focused approach
• Excellent self-organization and time management skills
• Experience collaborating with international clients
• Proven experience working with remote teams
