We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior ICT Project Manager to join our global IT team. This role requires an individual with at least 5 years of experience managing ICT projects across various regions and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities related to our ICT environment at a global level, reporting directly to the Global IT Head of Regions & Services. This position demands excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a proven track record in delivering successful ICT projects. This role offers a clear pathway to becoming an ICT Program Manager, providing opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global ICT Project Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of ICT projects globally, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent communication with stakeholders and the Global IT Head of Regions & Services.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of resources across projects to ensure efficient project execution and goal achievement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain continuous engagement with project stakeholders, including regular updates and management of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with ICT projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project delivery and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all ICT projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, and budget while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly evaluate project performance, providing senior management with detailed reports and actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT project management, preferably in a global or multinational setting.
- Strong understanding of ICT principles: Experienced in handling requests and coordinating projects across diverse teams, including Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Digital, Industrial, and Application teams.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex ICT projects successfully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in resource allocation and budget management.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred.
