Senior IT Project Manager
Your responsibilities
Project Manager for Channels cross-functional team within ICB SD:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within the Channels, ensuring that project goals, scope, and timelines are clearly defined and adhered to Work closely with the Channels team and ICB stakeholders to identify project requirements, and ensure alignment with the overall ICB business strategy (i.e. NetBank applications)
• Conduct a thorough review of the current release process and develop and implement a new release process tailored to streamline the business needs, automate task and refine release criteria
• Collaborate with other SD cross-functional teams (Payments and Core) to ensure the successful delivery of Channels-related projects, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
• Comply to Bank standards for execution to enhance team performance and deliver early and frequent business value
• Enhance own execution leadership and functional competencies to continuously improve own performance and to enable a positive and dynamic learning environment
Broader Role: Programme Manager/RTE role for ICB SD:
• As a programme manager/RTE, facilitate the planning and management of the entire Service Domain roadmap by collaborating with SD Product Owner and other SD Project Managers (Core, Payments, Project Zoe)
• Drive a great communication and cooperation among all stakeholders and act as a sparring partner to SD Tech Lead, SD Business Lead and SD Architect
• Work closely with SD Capability Leads, PO, PMs to optimize resource allocation across the ICB SD, ensuring effective utilization and balancing workload across all three cross-functional teams. Identify potential resource constraints or conflicting demands, and work closely with the SD PMs, PO, Capability Leads and SD Tech Lead to address these issues and ensure optimal resource utilization
• Demonstrate an understanding of ICB business strategy and future needs
• Contribute to the development of good execution practices in ICB SD to increase the overall competency level amongst Execution Leaders, other team members and local ICB teams
• Drive the maturation of execution and delivery practices within the SD (e.g. introduction of PI plannings, Epic setup). Share such practices and knowledge with local ICB teams
• Regularly assess and refine delivery and run practices across the SD, working closely with SD Project Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement tailored solutions
