Metrosoft offers solutions allowing asset managers and service providers to transition all aspects of shareholder services and distribution to digital service economy. Fundsphere supports an entire digital investor journey from onboarding, through ongoing support and maintenance, to trading and reporting. Real-time KYC, list screening and transaction monitoring ensure effective oversight and control of risks. Fundsphere, trusted by global asset managers and service providers, is now also available as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

You will work with the largest global financial institutions to deliver solutions based on Fundsphere. Your challenge will be to deliver value to the client without compromising the functional and architectural integrity of Fundsphere. Managing client expectations and balancing them with the team expectations will be the most difficult part of your role.

About you:

• You have at least five years of experience managing difficult projects, ideally for clients that were external to your organization.
• You are comfortable with both agile methodologies (SCRUM is our preferred) and waterfall approach.
• It is a plus if you have worked in environments where agile and waterfall methodologies were mixed either internally or externally.
• You have the ability to shield the teams you are working with from unnecessary distractions.
• You can easily distinguish short-term gains (and ignore them) and long-term value for the client and the team.
• You can elaborate on how, in the past, you took over a difficult project and delivered it successfully.
• You hold a college degree in a relevant field.
• Beyond your project management capabilities, you know software, computer, and networking technologies to the extent which effectively supports your decision making.
• You have experience working in the financial industry.
