We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to help us take our project delivery and project management culture to the next level.
This role is split between hands-on project management for one of our most important clients, and leading our Project Management department to drive improvement, structure, and balance.
Our delivery processes are strong, but not perfect — things move fast, and we need someone who can bring focus, clarity, and stability to how we manage projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping a scalable PM framework, supporting a talented team, and ensuring we deliver consistently excellent results for our clients.

What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in a Software House, digital agency, or IT consulting environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects with demanding clients.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within a project or delivery management context.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong people and communication skills — you know how to connect, motivate, and align teams.
- Ability to create structure from chaos, while keeping things pragmatic and flexible.
- Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Bonus points for certifications (PMP, SCRUM), but real experience matters more.

,[Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects for our key strategic client., Act as the main bridge between the client and our delivery teams, keeping communication open, honest, and effective., Own the project plan, budget, scope, risks, and reporting — ensuring we hit goals without losing agility., Drive collaboration between development, QA, design, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery., Spot issues early, propose practical solutions, and keep everyone aligned., Use Agile or hybrid methodologies to deliver value fast and often., Build and execute the development plan for the Project Management department — set direction, define priorities, and track progress., Take a close look at how we currently work and improve what’s not working — we’re ready for smarter, simpler, and more consistent processes., Introduce lightweight standards, templates, and best practices that bring clarity without slowing people down., Mentor and support the PM team — help them grow, balance their workloads, and feel valued for their impact., Work with leadership and HR to align on capacity planning, growth paths, and fair compensation., Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement in everything we do.
