We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to help us take our project delivery and project management culture to the next level.
This role is split between hands-on project management for one of our most important clients, and leading our Project Management department to drive improvement, structure, and balance.

Our delivery processes are strong, but not perfect — things move fast, and we need someone who can bring focus, clarity, and stability to how we manage projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping a scalable PM framework, supporting a talented team, and ensuring we deliver consistently excellent results for our clients.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects in a Software House, digital agency, or IT consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects with demanding clients.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within a project or delivery management context.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong people and communication skills — you know how to connect, motivate, and align teams.
  • Ability to create structure from chaos, while keeping things pragmatic and flexible.
  • Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Bonus points for certifications (PMP, SCRUM), but real experience matters more.
