We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across diverse business areas. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — ensuring objectives are met in terms of scope, quality, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams, driving progress, and ensuring successful delivery.
Task
- Lead projects from initiation to closure with full accountability for outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Align project goals with business strategy and technical capabilities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
- Support pre-sales activities by helping to shape project scopes and delivery plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in business application development area
- Experience in working closely with software development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
Soft Skills
- Open communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Negotiation and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
