We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT infrastructure projects for our international client in the technology sector. The projects span areas such as data centers, networks (LAN/WAN), wireless solutions, containerization, and IT security. You will manage full-cycle project delivery using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely and quality-driven implementation aligned with business and technical requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and external vendors, using tools such as Azure DevOps, while ensuring compliance with best practices and governance standards.

Senior IT Project Manager – ICT Infrastructure & Security Projects

Your responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large scale ICT infrastructure and security projects
• Manage project teams and stakeholders using Azure DevOps for task coordination and reporting
• Define and monitor project scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Apply project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance
• Coordinate integration of technologies such as containerization platforms and enterprise integration solutions
• Oversee technical aspects including networks (LAN/WAN), database management, backup/recovery, and patch management
• Ensure alignment with organizational and security standards throughout project execution
• Prepare clear documentation, status reports, and stakeholder presentations
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and delivering IT projects, especially in ICT infrastructure
• Proven track record in leading at least 2 medium-to-large ICT projects as Project Manager
• Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of IT systems, ICT infrastructures, and their relevance to business environments
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with networks, data centers, wireless, and security best practices
• Experience with containerization and integration platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1 level)
• Proactive mindset, adaptable to dynamic environments, focused on improvements
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
• Background in delivering projects in regulated industries (finance, pharma, etc.)
• Understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Experience working in a global/multicultural environment
