As a Senior IT Program Manager – Digital Banking Transformation, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the online banking sector undergoing continuous digital transformation. You will be an essential part of the IT Delivery Office, overseeing the coordination and execution of retail business initiatives across various IT structures known as "boxes." Your role is vital in driving transparency, consistency, and delivery effectiveness in a fast-paced, strategically driven environment, partnering closely with IT and business teams to ensure the successful implementation of innovative banking solutions.

Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month, up to 4 remote days per week).

responsibilities :
Coordinate delivery of business initiatives within IT BOXes to ensure timely execution
Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and comprehensive analysis
Present recommendations and evaluate potential impacts of delivery options
Collaborate on scope adjustments to meet project deadlines creatively and effectively
Ensure alignment of delivery efforts with overarching strategic organizational goals
Work closely with Box Owners, IT teams, and Business Strategy Office to facilitate seamless communication
Collect, analyze, and share data on planning, progress, and team structure for continuous improvement
Monitor key process metrics and performance indicators to uphold quality standards
Drive process optimization, implement best practices, and promote continuous delivery enhancements across portfolios
requirements-expected :
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager
Proven success in leading and delivering complex IT initiatives within financial or banking sectors
Ability to creatively modify project scope in collaboration with business units
Experience working in cross-functional, matrix environments
Proficiency with project, portfolio, and data analysis tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Power BI)
Strong data analysis skills to support strategic decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English
Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
Proactive approach coupled with stakeholder relationship-building expertise
Polish (Communicative level)
