As our new Network Architect, you will help define how thousands of colleagues, systems, and technologies connect across the world. You will join a highly skilled architecture community where collaboration, professionalism, and innovation go hand in hand—while contributing directly to Arla’s digital transformation journey.
responsibilities :
Develop future‑proof roadmaps, ensuring our network remains stable, scalable, and ready for the demands of a modern digital enterprise.
Play a central role in maturing Arla’s network security posture, working closely with Information Security, Security Operations, and Risk & Compliance to optimize our Palo Alto set up and strengthen overall defense.
Introduce new technologies, define target architectures, translate business needs into actionable IT services, and ensure strong architectural governance across the organization.
Define and optimize governance models for network, ensuring that deliveries are secure, efficient, and financially sound.
Work closely with Arla’s Cloud architect on Azure WAN, contributing with architectural clarity and technical design.
Travel to Arla sites to understand local realities, strengthen collaboration with the Network Operations Center, and provide expert guidance when complex issues arise.
requirements-expected :
Hands on experience with Cisco network environments and Palo Alto firewalls‑on experience with Cisco network environments and Palo Alto firewalls.
Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, IPAM, Web Application Firewalls, IoT/IIoT, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Catalyst Center.
Experience with SolarWinds/Orion and Network Detection and Response (NDR) and Privileged Access management (PAM) solutions.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure WAN and Azure Firewall, plus familiarity with the Cloud Adoption Framework and Well Architected Framework‑Architected Framework.

A holistic perspective, with the ability to understand and act on the impact of multiple projects, stakeholders, and requirements.
