We are currently looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer ready to join our adventure.


What you will be doing

As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operations of our production and testing systems.

In simple terms, your main task is to ensure all systems remain up and running, with the active support of the entire IT department.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Active monitoring of production and test applications/environments
  • Collaborating with development teams to build automated monitoring solutions (e.g., using Elastic)
  • Raising incidents when issues are detected
  • Coordinating incident resolution, ensuring adherence to SLAs (via Jira)
  • Managing outage resolution, including escalation processes
  • Executing scheduled processes or actions that are not yet automated (e.g., End of Day processing)
  • Following standard operating procedures, system development life cycle methodologies, and company policies
  • Reporting operational results to the companys management board
  • Driving process improvements based on observed results


Skills you should have

  • Good understanding of IT operations in medium to large scale of environments
  • Disciplined approach to IT processes always with customer in mind
  • Familiarity with ELK or other log analysis tools
  • Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing tools
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Ability to coordinate escalation process in case of major incidents and outages
