Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, including investment agreements, convertible notes, service contracts, partnership agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies;
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters, focusing on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region;
• Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, providing legal due diligence for potential investments;
• Ensuring legal compliance across all business operations and jurisdictions;
• Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in law;
• 3+ years of professional experience;
• Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+);
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements;
• Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills;
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and willing to work hard;
• Desire to grow and scale the company.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in tax planning;
• Good sense of humor.
