Senior IT Knowledge Management Specialist

• designing, implementing and maintaining KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and support data-driven decision-making
• providing management-level reports and consolidating financial, operational and performance data for senior leadership
• driving process optimisation and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency
• consulting and aligning with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met
• overseeing the implementation and integration of knowledge management and reporting tools
• supporting Knowledge Management at the Group Technology level, ensuring accessibility and alignment with strategic objectives
• delivering and coordinating training programs to build organisational capabilities and foster knowledge transfer
• supporting negotiations with external providers to ensure cost efficiency and strategic alignment
• organising and managing training measures, including workshops and other training formats
• working with the Global Tech Role Framework (GTRF) to define and develop skills
• conducting continuous market analysis of innovative training methods and emerging knowledge management trends to ensure state-of-the-art development programs
