• Participation in the implementation of NIS2 regulations
• Cybersecurity – training and support

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an IT operations department or in an organization providing IT services within a complex IT infrastructure, delivering on-site and remote support (experience in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry is an advantage)
• Experience in compliance TISAX requirements, compliance issues, and NIS2 regulations
• Excellent knowledge of installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Windows systems on PCs, Microsoft tools, and other client software
• Good knowledge of Dell and HP hardware (desktops, laptops, printers), handheld scanners, barcode printers, and plotters
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows Server, Cisco switches, access points and routers, APC UPS power supplies, LAN and WAN networks
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and a good understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives
• Ability to use MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
