Senior Support Manager for arrhythmia diagnostics products manages the technical support team (10-15 members) for software and devices that are used for diagnosing and monitoring of cardiac arrhythmias. The team’s responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing training, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the companys diagnostic products offered by the Medicalalgorithmics. Team members often interact directly with customers and internal teams and provide technical support to customers who are involved in product troubleshooting, development, and improvement based on field feedback.
responsibilities :
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the products offered by Medicalgorithmics, used for arrhythmia diagnostics
Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to customers, including healthcare providers and distributors, through various channels such as phone, email, and remote access
Training: Developing and delivering training programs for customers on the proper use of the software and diagnostic devices offered by Medicalgorithmics
Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: Monitoring and addressing customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with the company’s products and to identify areas for improvement
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date troubleshooting guides for the products offered by Medicalgorithmics
Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing support
