This is a newly created position with a global scope, offering the opportunity to shape and influence our compliance framework worldwide. Take ownership of preparation and coordination activities for external IT audits and regulatory requests. Ensuring timely and complete delivery of required evidence conduct gap assessments against IT compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Identifying areas for improvement and proposing remediation steps execute action plans to address IT audit findings and compliance issues. Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices support the development and maintenance of IT and security policies and procedures provide subject-matter expertise to teams on IT compliance requirements. Translating regulatory language into practical implementation maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation across all IT compliance activities. Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR. Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or related domains. Solid understanding of IT risk management principles and audit processes. Ability to work independently on complex compliance tasks with minimal oversight. Strong knowledge of IT compliance frameworks and regulatory environments. Nice to have: Experience supporting or participating in disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
