We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our IT team supporting Commercial Excellence and Profitable Revenue Growth Management. In this role, you will report to IT Manager and act as a business process expert, ensuring IT solutions align with end-to-end commercial processes across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Technical Services.

You will work on CRM platforms (SAP C4C, Salesforce, MSD) and pricing solutions (Pricefx or similar) to deliver value-driven enhancements. This position requires strong analytical skills, advanced elicitation techniques, and the ability to work in both Agile and traditional delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis using a range of techniques (workshops, interviews, process analysis) to ensure consistent understanding across business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and Testers to shape solution options and drive decisions.
• Act as a business process expert, owning and maintaining as-is and to-be process maps for CRM and pricing-related processes, driving process optimization and standardization.
• Translate business needs into clear and testable user stories, following the INVEST framework, and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Facilitate workshops with senior commercial leaders and key stakeholders to validate requirements and solution approaches.
• Collaborate on system configuration, integration, and testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field or work experience equivalent.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis or similar IT role within CRM and/or pricing systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Pricefx or similar pricing platform.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes and ability to document them effectively.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC is an asset.
• Understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, middleware).
• IIBA certification and proficiency in another European language are assets.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
