Senior IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our global technology team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, design and deliver solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions.
Participate in all stages of IT solution delivery — from gathering and analyzing business requirements to solution design, configuration, testing, and end-user support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with development and implementation teams to ensure business needs are met.
Conduct workshops, facilitate discovery sessions, and lead training initiatives for business users.
Plan and execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Continuously contribute to the improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies.
8+ years of experience in business analysis within IT implementation projects.
Proven ability to analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry best practices.
Strong skills in business process modeling and data analysis.
Experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps / VSTS / TFS).
Familiarity with process development methodologies and implementation frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and gather/document requirements effectively.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive tasks to completion.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, TOGAF).
Experience working in large, global organizations with complex IT landscapes.
