Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Translate high-level goals into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with product managers
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Support QA teams with test case validation and UAT coordination
- Help define and track key metrics and KPIs for product success
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software development environment
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience working closely with developers, designers, and product managers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.
- Familiarity with API documentation, data flows, UML diagrams, and BPMN
- Very good English language written and verbal communication skills (min. B2 level)
Nice to have
- Experience in domains such as FinTech, SaaS, AI/ML, or IoT
- Technical background or understanding of software architecture is a plus
- Experience with SQL or data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Product ownership or pre-sales support experience
