responsibilities :
Collaborate with IT departments and business users to analyze and define detailed business requirements
Develop functional and system conceptual solutions, including process design, business rule modeling, and creating detailed specifications
Produce system specifications for existing processes, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Support users during testing phases and coordinate system deployments to ensure smooth implementation
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis within IT or related fields
Strong practical skills in analyzing client needs and creating functional specifications based on project experience
Solid knowledge of SQL and system modeling standards such as BPMN and UML
Hands-on experience with tools like SOAP UI, POSTMAN, Swagger
Familiarity with XML, JSON formats, and system integration protocols like REST and SOAP (both synchronous and asynchronous communication)
