The IT Analyst will act as a key link between business stakeholders and development teams, working on complex data products and end-to-end data solutions. Twój zakres obowiązków

• Acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Being part of building or rebuilding DATA Platform for the Bank
• Working with data products
• Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Working closely together with stakeholders across Bank to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units across Bank
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team

Nasze wymagania

• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Apache Hive
• Experience working with complex requirements
• Experience in data analysis , data hygiene, data quality, etc
• Good communication skills
• Ownership and independence on the Tasks, Features, User stories
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big data. Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms NOT required
• Have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Have ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on high level) and able to ask right questions
• Are fluent communicator and have experience on working with business users
• Banking knowledge and experience is an asset
• Knowledge of Spark
• Python related coding skills would be nice to have
