We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join our IT Analysis Credit Risk team within Group Functions Technology.
This role is essential in transforming business needs into operational and software requirements, ensuring their alignment with strategic goals, and delivering solutions that empower our stakeholders.
responsibilities :
Working with technical requirement specifications, including data analysis, mapping, modeling, and solution design.
Supporting IT solutions that enhance the automation of Credit Risk, Financial Rating & Analysis (FAR) processes.
Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure solutions align with the target architecture and are sustainable.
Eliciting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements from various stakeholders.
Ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle, enabling smooth end-to-end delivery.
Driving quality improvement by maintaining thorough requirements documentation and testing procedures.

Strong business and technical background with excellent analytical skills, especially in data analysis.
Proficient in writing clear and precise requirement specifications.
Familiarity with agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban).
Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
Comfortable working independently or within a team.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT analysis.
Expertise in tools like Jira and Confluence.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data mapping and solution integration.
Practical experience in process modeling (UML, BPMN).
Knowledge of IT analysis for integration projects.
