Set up and maintain a Technology Register within the bank. The resource should also be able to set up the governance model and work instructions to create a sustainable and easy maintainable solution.
Hybrid work: 2 days from the office (Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź)
responsibilities :
Establish and maintain a Technology Register covering software and hardware assets across the bank, ensuring accuracy, completeness and ongoing sustainability.
Design and implement a governance model for Technology Register management, including ownership, roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes.
Define and document work instructions, standards and procedures to ensure a consistent, repeatable and easy-to-maintain asset lifecycle process.
Collaborate closely with application owners, architects and key stakeholders to collect, validate and maintain technology asset information.
Support Software Asset Lifecycle Management (SALM) activities, including asset onboarding, lifecycle tracking, updates and decommissioning.
Ensure alignment of the Technology Register with architecture principles, software processes and governance frameworks used within the bank.
Utilize and support tooling such as MEGA HOPEX, FlexeraOne (and related platforms) to manage technology data effectively.
Produce management and operational reporting, using Power BI and Excel, to provide transparency on technology assets and lifecycle status.
Identify data quality issues and drive continuous improvement of asset data, processes and governance.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, promoting best practices in technology governance and asset management.
Proactively contribute to building a sustainable, scalable and compliant Technology Register solution that supports long-term organizational needs.

Good knowledge about technology (software and hardware).

Working with tools such as MEGA Hopex and FlexeraOne is a great advantage.
Knowledge with PowerBI and Excel for reporting purposes.
English at a professional level in both oral and written.
