ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We need an additional IT analyst to our downstream team within the Core banking program. The purpose of the program is to replace old local legacy systems with one Nordic core banking platform. We now see a need for an extra Senior IT analyst for the downstream team. The Senior IT analyst should collect requirements from business stakeholders and document them in features and/or user stories. The candidate should be able to drive the requirements from collection, via documentation to handover to developers independently. He/She should be able to work in a complex environment with many different stakeholders and dependencies. He/She also needs to understand and document the payments and their flows.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Professional knowledge of data governance and data mapping.
2. Experience in the banking sector, preferably from a larger bank.
3. Extensive experience working as a senior Business analyst and/or senior IT analyst.
4. Experience in a larger program with approximately 300+ employees.
5. It is an advantage if the candidate has worked in a Nordic bank.
6. It is an advantage if the candidate has knowledge about reporting.
7. It is an advantage if the candidate has experience working in Hadoop.
