The project focuses on the development and optimization of marketing automation and customer data solutions based on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing data-driven solutions, and preparing analytical documentation such as BRDs and User Stories. A key part of the project is customer data modeling, system integrations through APIs, and building solutions that support campaign management and personalized customer communication.
responsibilities :
Proactively build connections with internal stakeholders, and vendors, and drive necessary conversations to capture information needed for analysis and to suggest solutions. Writing BRD and User Stories.
Defining the technical solution with Pros and Cons of approaches
Capable of presenting sophisticated ideas in simple formats that business leaders and non-technical marketers can understand.
Capable of defining and mapping out complicated data solution needs.
To make use cases easier to build, complete data analysis, modelling, and mapping.
Analyze the customers use case and the data available to prepare for data modelling (i.e. XDM and Field groups) that meets the customers needs.
Showcase your AEP expertise by leading/educating others on the functional and technical capabilities
Close collaboration with technical teams
