We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Administrator / IT Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. You will be responsible for managing our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring system integration, and maintaining the overall security of our digital environment.

responsibilities :
Take full ownership of the internal IT environment – from infrastructure and systems to daily user support.
Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment – including users, groups, licensing, Teams, Exchange Online (emails), SharePoint access, and Office applications.
Support the process of obtaining and managing ISO 27001 certification for the company, including preparation, application, and compliance oversight.
Oversee system integration across departments – analyze how existing systems operate, propose improvements, and implement necessary changes.
Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment and software – including hardware/software setup, device provisioning, and license management
Design and maintain internal IT security policies and best practices, including access control, device management, and data protection.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding IT issues – troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Occasionally support out-of-hours incidents or escalations (on-call in exceptional cases only).
Collaborate with international teams.
Contribute to internal IT strategy and improvement initiatives, especially around automation and standardization of workflows.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in IT administration, IT operations, or infrastructure role.
Strong, hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and IT best practices.
Understanding of IT security standards.
Familiarity with authentication protocols (SSO, MFA, OAuth) and security frameworks.
Ability to think creatively and analytically when diagnosing and solving problems.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards internal support.
Professional certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate / CompTIA Security+ or equivalent / ITIL Foundation (a plus, not required).
Strong English communication skills – both spoken and written (international work environment).
Availability to work in a hybrid model – 2-3 days/week from our Warsaw office.
