We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager / Senior IT Administrator to manage and support our internal IT operations across a modern hybrid infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Google Workspace, VPN and network setup, Malware protection, Azure Active Directory, and Atlassian product administration (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). This role is crucial to maintaining a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment in a fast-paced professional services setting with exposure to IT outsourcing models.
Location
Onsite: Wroclaw
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on IT administration or systems support.
- Expertise in Google Workspace administration.
- Strong knowledge of VPN solutions, network devices, and general networking.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory.
- Proven track record of administering and configuring JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools, including custom workflow creation and automation.
- Experience supporting a professional services or IT outsourcing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
- Experience with MDM solutions for endpoint management.
- Awareness of security practices, such as those aligned with ISO/SOC

,[Systems & Network Administration:, - Manage and maintain Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, Groups, etc.) for all users and departments., - Configure and support VPNs, firewalls, routers, and network access across multiple locations and remote teams., - Administer Azure Active Directory, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and integrations., , Atlassian Stack Management:, - Administer and configure JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools., - Design and maintain custom workflows, schemes, fields, and automation in JIRA to support internal processes., - Ensure system reliability and performance, manage permissions, and support integrations with other tools., , Configuration & Asset Management:, - Oversee hardware and software inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle management., - Manage deployment and maintenance of user devices (Windows, macOS, Linux), ensuring secure configurations and compliance., , IT Support & Troubleshooting:, - Serve as the escalation point for advanced IT support issues (Tier 2/3)., - Provide support across devices, applications, and platforms to ensure operational continuity., , Infrastructure Maintenance & Improvements:, - Assess and improve IT infrastructure, implementing changes to increase reliability and efficiency., - Manage secure and scalable remote access solutions., , Vendor & Tool Management:, - Evaluate and manage relationships with software and hardware vendors., - Recommend IT tools and services aligned with business needs and best practices., , IT Processes & Documentation:, - Develop and maintain internal IT documentation, SOPs, and user guides., - Contribute to internal process automation and efficiency improvements.
