We are currently working with a leading global mobility platform that includes brands like EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile, and Parkopedia. Active in over 90 countries and 20,000 cities, Arrive helps make urban mobility smarter and travel easier through solutions like smart payments, optimised parking, and EV charging. It’s about more than movement—it’s about creating more livable cities and better travel experiences.

As a Senior iOS Developer, you will join our small, high-impact Off-street team, which is at the centre of a critical growth initiative in the U.S. automatic camera parking market, with multiple ongoing projects that require strong technical expertise, ownership, and proactive collaboration.

This role is ideal for developers who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy contributing ideas, and are comfortable taking initiative. We are not looking for someone who passively completes assigned tickets—we want thought leaders who engage in discussions, help define deliverables end-to-end, and actively drive projects forward.

Your responsibilities

Develop modular, scalable iOS code for access-controlled parking applications.
Write and maintain comprehensive tests (unit and UI) to ensure reliability and protect against regressions.
Collaborate directly with backend teams and other stakeholders—every developer owns their communication streams.
Partner with designers and product managers to turn concepts into high-quality, user-friendly features.
Take active ownership of deliverables: create and manage tickets, propose solutions, and contribute to team discussions.
Present work in demos, share progress during meetings, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Adapt to evolving priorities, processes, and responsibilities with flexibility and a growth mindset.

Our requirements

Proven experience delivering iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
Strong testing discipline with unit testing; UI testing experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable reaching out to cross-functional teams directly.
A proactive, “lean forward” mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and thought leadership.
Comfort with public speaking or willingness to develop this skill.
Reliability in attending and participating in meetings (our team is distributed, so punctuality is critical).
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities, changing team structures, and evolving technologies.
Openness to learning new tools and skills as required.

Optional

Experience with UI testing and automated QA workflows.
Familiarity with Node.js or JavaScript for AppBFF integration.
Willingness to travel internationally for work.
Previous experience in hybrid office environments.
