Your responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Investment Manager on efficiency‑enhancement programs for international clients.
- Providing daily support in task management and internal as well as market communication, ensuring timely delivery of reports.
- Working with local offices to gather post‑buy media booking data.
- Supporting local teams in handling inquiries from international clients.
- Gaining insights from local markets; identifying similarities and differences in trading and purchasing practices across markets.
- Sharing best practices and lessons learned with the team; suggesting recommendations and improvements where appropriate.
- Collecting and processing data into a standardized format to be shared with stakeholders.
- Designing and producing high‑quality reports on media buying performance.
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in all reporting activities, requiring strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Delivering purchasing reports to key stakeholders within required deadlines.
Kwalifikacje
Apply if you:
- Have good practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Have a solid understanding of media metrics: GRP, audience planning vs. buying, rating, CPM, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, insertion, panels, cpSpot, discounts, AVB, inflation, etc.
- Are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
- Feel comfortable working with large data sets.
- Can create formulas, work with references, solve technical issues, and use multiple templates simultaneously.
- Have documented experience in coordinating and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Have experience in one of the following areas: media agency buying or investment department, media auditor, or media owner sales department.
- Show good knowledge of concepts and methodologies related to media investment and accountability.
- Required experience: 1–2 years.
Nice to have:
- International experience.
- Knowledge of foreign languages (other than English), which will be very beneficial in this role.
