Your Key Responsibilities

• Processing assigned daily logistics and warehouse operations.
• Posting goods receipts (MIGOs) and verifying incoming deliveries.
• Reviewing documents for delivered items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting and resolving issues related to incorrect or incomplete deliveries.
• Planning and monitoring warehouse capacities in coordination with freight forwarders.
• Coordinating container arrangements, including advance notification to logistics partners.
• Evaluating on-time delivery performance (warehouse, freight forwarders, customer requirements).
• Selecting appropriate forwarding agents (Schaeffler Corp/VLS) and preparing EU freight documents.
• Scheduling transportation for direct export shipments and transferring relevant export documents to freight forwarders.
• Implementing and coordinating specific customer requirements with warehouse, shipping, and customer service.
• Providing necessary export documentation.
• Planning and managing timings for express shipments.
• Reprinting supporting documents (such as delivery notes and packing lists from EWM/EP1), as required.
• Maintaining accurate master data, routes, and shipping schedules.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with proven relevant experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
• Good knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level).
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP) for postings and document management.
• A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
