Hesco is a visionary design and engineering firm that works within the private high-end residential and hospitality sectors and epitomizes creativity producing customized, bespoke designs. The majority of the pieces of furniture, joinery and furnishings are designed and manufactured specifically for the client with the highest attention to detail and usually within an unprecedented lead time.

Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptionally experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 15 years in the luxury residential or hospitality sector, preferably having worked for British, American, or international companies, to join our dynamic team in Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development: Lead the design process, conceptualizing high-end residential and hospitality projects in line with our companys design ethos.
2. 2D Rendering: Utilize Photoshop and other software (CAD and InDesign) to produce detailed 2D renderings and Mood Boards.
3. Supervision and Mentorship: Oversee and mentor junior designers, enhancing their skills and contributing to their professional development.
4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, architects, and project managers to deliver innovative design solutions. Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities.
5. Quality Control: Uphold rigorous design standards, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and client satisfaction.
6. Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
7. A portfolio that reflects expertise in luxury residential and hospitality design.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or a related field.
2. Over 15 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality interior design.
3. Proficiency in 2D/3D rendering tools, including Photoshop and use of AI.

Additional Information:

Salary is dependent upon experience. The office operates a hybrid working policy at its discretion.
