We are looking for a top-tier Integration Engineer, a key technical expert to join our team and help us build these mission-critical, globally distributed solutions. This is a chance to work on challenging projects at a global scale, using modern technology without the burden of legacy code.
You will be responsible for:
Designing and building high-performance, mission-critical integration platforms using modern programming languages
Building and operating globally distributed systems designed for High Availability across AWS, Azure, and GCP
Designing and developing solutions based on a microservices architecture
Integrating industrial systems (OT) with enterprise IT, using platforms like HiveMQ and HighByte alongside event-streaming technologies like Kafka
Taking full ownership of your work—from design and coding to automated testing, CI/CD, and production support
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience in software development plus a hands-on approach to owning and delivering complete solutions
Strong experience with the Java ecosystem
Proven experience designing and building microservices
Experience with messaging & event streaming: Kafka, Azure Event Hub, JMS, MQTT, AMQP
Experience with APIs & protocols: REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, gRPC, JSON, XML, Kafka, MQTT
Experience with Security standards: OAuth2, JWT, SAML, TLS and API management
Demonstrated expertise in writing comprehensive unit and integration tests ; you believe in and practice a culture of high code coverage
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform ( AWS, Azure, or GCP )
Solid experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization
Very good command of English (level B2 is a must)
Nice to have:
Experience with IoT data integration and building UNS
Familiarity with IoT protocols ( MQTT, OPC-UA ) and IoT platforms ( HighByte Intelligence Hub, Ignition, Litmus, Node Red )
Experience in Python
An interest in AI/ML and its applications in enterprise data
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills are important, along with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders
