You will be involved in complex IT transformation projects, focusing on integration supported by TIBCO middleware, as well as system maintenance and enhancement. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for tackling technical challenges effectively.

TIBCO Business Events Upgrade: Plan and implement development components using TIBCO Business Events, including coding, coordination, and risk management.
Integration Solution Development: Design, develop, and test integration solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables.
Team Support and Mentorship: Mentor team members, review their work, and promote a collaborative work environment.
Problem Resolution: Support system performance, troubleshoot deployments, and resolve technical issues.
