Your expertise in creating compelling and effective e-learning courses directly contributes to the success of our training programs. In this role, you have the opportunity to impact the way people learn and grow professionally, making a tangible difference in their career development. Your work ensures that our training solutions are not only educational but also engaging and relevant in todays fast-paced, digital world. Align learning solutions with organizational goals and compliance requirements, delivering scalable, high-quality programs that support business impact. 3–5 years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or academic settings. Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar. Solid knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagne’s 9 Events, Kirkpatrick’s Model of Evaluation, etc.). Ability to conduct learning needs assessments and performance gap analyses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish for creating clear, concise learning content. Strong project management and time management abilities, including managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or professional certification (e.g., CPTD or APTD, ID from ATD or other recognized orgs). Experience with enterprise Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo). Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. Project management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and/or experience leading learning projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies are a plus.
