responsibilities :
Be responsible for the holistic implementation of solutions into the SAP system in alignment with internal and external stakeholders and by following a best-practice approach.
Ensure compliance of SAP FI/CO processes with the defined templates as well as finance process excellence by utilization of Signavio as business process management software.
Participate actively in the global S/4 HANA rollout with a focus on legal local requirements.
Act as a global contact person for all Finance key users.
Identify process gaps and improvement potentials and provide second and third-level support for escalated application issues.
Manage relations between internal teams, external service providers, and software providers including regular communication.
Identify, understand and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders from the finance department.
Create requirement documents and design global, innovative solution concepts and proposals.
Develop, document, and maintain application-related, policies, procedures, and technical configurations.
Participate regularly in external workshops, specialist conferences, or trade fairs to recognize and understand current trends.
requirements-expected :
Around 5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO (inhouse) consultancy.
Proven experience in international S/4 HANA rollouts, ideally in public cloud implementation.
Proficient in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of international financial requirements.
Very good knowledge of the processes and value flow in contiguous modules such as SAP PS or SD.
Apprenticeship as IT specialist or bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, IT, or a related field, such as business administration.
Advanced communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A keen focus on user satisfaction, understanding their needs, and ensuring applications meet their expectations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
