Senior Information Technology Analyst at DCG

DCG is a recruitment company that supports businesses by connecting them with experienced professionals. We are currently looking for a Senior IT Analyst for B2B projects.

Responsibilities

• Requirements management in a team responsible for transitioning functionalities between netbanks
• Eliciting requirements by cooperating with different stakeholders
• Identification of existing solution patterns and translating them into the requirements of renovated solution, both functional and non-functional
• Understanding data flows and integration requirements to ensure proper system renovation
• Supporting Product Owner in decomposition of product roadmap to features and scrum team backlog items
• Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
• Being responsible for requirements documentation
• Supporting other analysts, testers and developers in the team and hub

Requirements

• Great analytical skills, IT and business understanding
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented and quality driven
• Very good communication skills and a professional level of English
• Min. 4 years of experience in IT analysis
• Experience in system integration in the financial domain, understanding of architectural concepts
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs is mandatory
• Experience in working with large financial systems
• Experience with working in an agile environment
• Experience in requirements documentation using Jira, Confluence
• SQL practical knowledge
• Experience with describing non-functional requirements
• Practical skills in cooperation with UX designers, architects, developers, testers, SMEs, etc

Nice to have:

• Domain knowledge in financial area, ideally in accounts, payments, etc
• Working experience with tools like Swagger, Postman
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML
• Knowledge of web applications architecture, especially in the netbank area
