We are seeking an experienced expert in Information Security and Business Continuity Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing security strategies, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and ISO 22301. • At least 5 years of experience in information security and business continuity.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and other security standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Certifications like CISM or CISSP are a plus.

,[3 days from office in Warszawa, Lublin or Poznań , Expert consultation on security strategy and business continuity management., Develop and maintain ISMS and BCMS policies in compliance with legal regulations., Regularly assess and adjust ISMS and BCMS processes., Perform risk analysis and security assessments related to information security and business continuity., Develop reports and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of security initiatives., Create and implement training programs to raise awareness of security risks., Develop security concepts tailored to the organizations needs., Manage projects aimed at improving information security and business continuity., Conduct internal and external security audits., Coordinate collaboration between IT, legal, compliance, and other relevant departments., Support local security teams in implementing security policies and practices.
