Overview
Senior Hydraulic Engineer (Wastewater/Water) role at Jacobs. The GDC Poland offices in Krakow and Warsaw support local and international projects in markets including Advanced Facilities, Water&Environment, Transportation, Energy&Power, Cities&Places, and Digital. Jacobs is an international engineering company providing services in technical consulting, design, and investment project management.
Key duties
- Implementation of industry standards and development of innovative solutions
- Report writing, checking, and reviewing modelling outputs
- Running modelling and design projects as the leader of a team
- Building and maintaining hydraulic models

Here’s what you’ll need
- Knowledge in water/wastewater systems, hydraulic equations, pressure installations, open channel flows, water hammer, and related topics
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven track record in using hydraulic models to solve engineering problems
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience in HADES, WinHYDRO, or Bentley Hammer would be an asset
